Working is very time consuming! You have to work to make a living out here in these streets! Therefore, you should be working at a job that makes you happy. If you are not happy at your job, then QUIT! Don’t see yourself prospering at your 9 to 5 job? See yourself doing more? Then go ahead and do it! Most times people are scared to quit thier jobs because they are scared to be jobless and getting back in the journey of finding a job. Often times people are comfortable at their job and don’t want to take the leap of faith, challenging themselves at a different or higher position.

When its time to depart ways with your job, it’s crucial to give in a two weeks notice, letting them know you are leaving. It is professional and leaves you in a good standing, despite that you are leaving. Incase you need a recommendation for a future job you will still have that healthy relationship with them.
Writing a resignation letter is important as well, letting your boss know why you are leaving. Don’t try to get to personal in your letter, just get straight to the point. For example, you’re leaving because you’re moving out of state, don’t feel like you are growing, or found a better opportunity that suits your needs.
Stay confident in your decision
There’s multiple reasons on why you want to quit your job; so when its time to put in your two weeks notice don’t scare yourself into thinking that it is a bad idea.
