Suggestions: Fill a small-sized spray bottle with distilled water and add 5-8 drops of lavender essential oil. Spray water bottle on mattress, sheets, and pillowcases to help induce sleep or spray as a room deodorizer. Apply 2-4 drops of lavender essential oil to the soles of your feet mixed with a carrier oil to help sore feet after a long day, before going to sleep.
